Director, Affiliates and Partnerships
Remote / Hybrid Schedule Job Opportunity from Chesterbrook, PA Director, Affiliates and Partnerships Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented Affiliate Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our affiliates & partners. The Affiliate Manager's role is to oversee a portfolio of affiliates, develop & integrate new partners, and analyze and optimize performance. Responsibilities: * Scale the affiliate program by growing existing relationships and discovering new partnership opportunities * Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners to expand our network * Manage partnerships and build strong, long-term relationships and maintain frequent contact with partners * Negotiate and optimize each partnership to ensure business objectives and targets are met * Monitor, analyze, and report on affiliate performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. * Ensure affiliates adhere to brand guidelines and legal requirements, maintaining a positive brand image. * Monitor and analyze performance daily, as well as provide weekly business updates * Work cross-functionally with internal & external stakeholders to launch new partners
Qualifications: Qualifications & Skills:
- 5+ years of affiliate management experience is required
- Experience with lead gen or affiliate platforms (Everflow, Impact, Cake, Boberdoo, etc.)
- Experience with data analytics tools (Power BI, Amplitude, Google Analytics)
- Familiarity with lead generation and the debt relief industry is a plus
- Proven track record of managing successful affiliate programs and partnerships.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and performance tracking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with a passion for exploring new marketing strategies.

Range of total compensation- $75,000 to $150,000 per year
