As the Principal Program Manager for the Digital Media Network, this role will drive high-impact program outcomes by leading the delivery of next-generation digital media solutions. Primary responsibilities include the formation of strategic program processes, facilitating technology delivery, and establishing an efficient program organization framework. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of retail, marketing, and digital media networks, as well as demonstrated experience in large-scale program management.Key Responsibilities
- Leadership
- Provide strategic thought leadership for digital media and retail network initiatives.
- Drive transformation and change management initiatives with executive leadership.
- Oversee program planning, prioritization, budgeting, and reporting to ensure successful cross-functional alignment.
- Program Planning (40%):
- Develop and manage program plans, defining objectives, ensuring stakeholder engagement, and driving the program to meet the organization's goals.
- Communicate program significance and motivate team alignment with strategic business objectives.
- Portfolio Management (10%):
- Support strategic planning across technology and product portfolios.
- Oversee portfolio prioritization, budgeting, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Ongoing Learning and Development & Talent Development (10%):
- Mentor and develop team members, supporting continuous improvement through training, coaching, and professional development opportunities.
Minimum Education & Experience Requirements
- Education: Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA), Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience:
- 15+ years of relevant program management experience, with at least 7-10 years in retail or digital media program management.
- 5-7 years of experience in Marketing Technology (MarTech) and agile-based project management.
Special Requirements
- Certifications:
- Agile/Scrum certification preferred.
- PMP certification or knowledge in organizational change management is required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong communication, presentation, and executive-level reporting skills.
- Advanced project and program management knowledge, with a strategic and customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in agile frameworks and tools, including Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project).
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and effectively manage program risks, budget, and resources.
Additional Desired Characteristics
- Knowledge of digital media networks and CI/CD methodologies.

Work Environment
- Primarily corporate-based, with occasional travel for stakeholder meetings and program management needs.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $50.00 - $70.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
