Responsibilities

Position Objective:

The Director of Field Marketing is an Administrative and strategic role responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive growth, increase brand awareness, and strengthen our position as a premier healthcare provider. The incumbent will report to the VP of Marketing (or a similar role) and will be responsible for leading a field marketing team and collaborating with various departments to ensure our marketing efforts align with Better Health Group's objectives and values.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive field marketing strategies that align with the medical health group's overall objectives
  • Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with FMOs and agent-broker networks to enhance market reach
  • Work closely with FMOs and payer partners to align marketing strategies, co-branding opportunities, and joint promotional efforts
  • Establish a feedback mechanism with agents and brokers to gather insights on market conditions, consumer needs, and competitive landscape, using this this information to refine field marketing approach
  • Identify target audiences, conduct market research, and analyze industry trends to position the group effectively in the competitive healthcare landscape
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of a strong and consistent brand identity for Better Health Group
  • Develop and provide comprehensive training and ongoing support for the field marketing team, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to effectively market
  • Strategize and execute offline marketing initiatives, including print collateral, direct mail campaigns, events, and community outreach programs
  • Collaborate with local partners and stakeholders to strengthen the group's presence in the community
  • Utilize data-driven insights to monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-backed decisions
  • Develop and manage the field marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximize the impact of marketing efforts
  • Track expenses and make adjustments as needed to achieve field marketing goals within budget constraints
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant industry regulations, including patient privacy laws (HIPAA) and ethical marketing standards
  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with other healthcare providers, businesses, and community organizations Additional duties as assigned

Position Requirements/ Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field
  • 7-10 years experience in a senior field marketing role within the healthcare or medical industry
  • Strong understanding of Medicare Advantage regulations, compliance requirements, and enrollment processes
  • Deep understanding of healthcare marketing trends, patient acquisition strategies, and patient journey mapping
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as HubSpot
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for real-time collaboration Willingness to travel within designated regions

Pay Range

USD $109,150.00 - USD $169,250.00 /Yr.
