Job Summary:

Are you looking to join forces with a Marketing team that is passionate about making a difference in the lives of older adults? ArchWell Health is hiring a Growth Marketing Director to help expand our brand presence in all current and new markets. This role will create a repeatable approach to membership acquisition, community integration and key partnerships. This individual will be a key member of the Marketing & Communications (MARCOM) team, a highly collaborative and dynamic group of professionals. This colleague will also partner closely with the market growth team leaders to understand and deliver upon the unique needs of each ArchWell Health market. The ideal candidate will have strong management, interpersonal and problem-solving skills, and enjoy the pace of a fast-growing company.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Hiring, training and management of regional marketing managers across ArchWell Health’s markets
  • Help establish and oversee service level expectations for the growth team’s follow-up of leads acquired by marketing with a focus on conversion
  • Understand and help educate marketing regional support on compliance requirements for all marketing activities and deliverables
  • Provide input and guidance for activations and events that generate prospect awareness with an end goal of gaining new members
  • Follow market growth metrics closely to identify areas of opportunity to meet and exceed growth goals
  • Collaborate with the full MARCOM team frequently to supply feedback, insights and discussion of support needed in the markets
  • Identify and support opportunities for community integration with the regional marketing managers
  • Work with regional managers to track marketing campaigns in Salesforce to monitor, assess and make future recommendations
  • Oversee and track cobranding efforts with payer partners in all markets to ensure all opportunities are fully utilized
  • Provide guidance and direction to the market teams to ensure all closely adhere to the ArchWell Health brand standards
  • Partner with agencies to research and identify opportunities for unique messaging or marketing strategies within each individual ArchWell Health market
  • Work to identify the nuances of each prospect base in order to be most effective in meeting our potential members with messaging where they are most engaged
  • Work with cross-functional stakeholders to support the enterprise objectives in pursuit of growing the membership base
  • Strategize with the PR and content team to ensure for healthy media coverage across all markets

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong communications and management skills
  • Must be a collaborative team player with a proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • Understands the critical nature of maintaining strong brand equity on a national scale
  • Demonstrated decision-making and problem-solving skills to apply for business and market planning
  • Skilled at managing internal stakeholders’ expectations and resolving potential conflict
  • Previous experience working with marketing vendors or agency partners
  • Experience with a diverse marketing channel approach (digital, print, mass media, etc.) in healthcare, either payor or provider setting
  • Demonstrated experience with successful pipeline marketing
  • Experience building brand awareness and marketing capabilities for a new service entry across a wide variety of markets
  • B2C and B2B Marketing experience
  • Experience reviewing and helping oversee budgets
  • Experience with marketing automation tools like Salesforce and Airtable
  • Experience with Medicare marketing and advertising compliance preferred
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, with a major in business administration, marketing, or communications preferred; Master’s degree is a plus
  • Minimum of ten years of relevant experience required
