How you will impact the organization…

The Director of Marketing Operations will be responsible for managing the processes that enable marketing to operate efficiently and effectively while managing the execution of programs and campaigns.

We're looking for someone with vision and experience to guide the marketing organizations' next phase of growth and maturation with technology, process and automation to enhance the way we work and better support our customers.

  • Champion the advancement of our marketing operations by leveraging cutting-edge technology, aiming for a seamless customer experience across all channels that exceeds industry benchmarks.
  • You will work closely with the entire marketing team to be the bridge between marketing strategy and technical execution, ensuring that marketing programs and initiatives are positioned to drive growth
  • Create and maintain performance dashboards and reporting to track marketing performance and insights, collaborating with the marketing team on optimization and actions. Articulate overall marketing performance against goals and levers for improvement/upside. Assess and recommend optimizations to improve accuracy of tracking and attribution.
  • In this role, you will be pivotal in driving the advancement of our marketing operations, leveraging cutting-edge technology, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across all channels.
  • Partner in the ownership of the MarTech stack, with a strategic focus on Pardot. Collaborate to continuously evolve and refine our technology stack, researching and implementing the latest tools and technologies to increase lead quality through intent, predictive analytics, attribution, and data enrichment.
  • Partner with demand generation, lifecycle marketing, events, webinars, paid media, and more to enhance and fine-tune their strategies, fostering a collaborative environment that drives campaign effectiveness.
  • Help evolve and streamline our stack as well as research and implement the latest tools/technologies to increase lead quality via intent, predictive analytics, attribution, and data enrichment.
  • Work closely with the marketing functional driver across demand generation, lifecycle marketing, events, webinars, paid media and more to enable and improve their strategies.
  • Construct scalable marketing processes including lead routing, leading scoring, campaign operations, program and content automation to drive greater efficiencies across teams.
  • Provide insightful, data-driven recommendations to drive more conversions, revenue, and efficiency within each channel, ensuring continuous improvement and success.
  • Assist with lists creation, cleaning and importing as well as data enrichment and cleaning.
  • Develop training and documentation to ensure Marketers are fully enabled to use system features and processes.
  • Lead the Sales Development Representative (SDR) function to pre-qualify leads generated by marketing initiatives, aiming to increase lead conversion rates.
  • Troubleshoot issues as they arise from various business partners relating to system workflow gaps and platform inconsistencies.
  • Foster strong cross-functional collaboration with sales and other departments to ensure alignment on key processes, reporting, and initiative goal-setting, contributing to a unified and cohesive approach.
  • Provide comprehensive, end-to-end visibility into marketing funnel velocity, segmentation, targeting, and campaign performance, identifying and addressing gaps to improve funnel conversion rates.
  • Establish robust reporting mechanisms to accurately track ROI, attribution, and leads from organic, paid, events, outbound, webinars, and nurture programs
  • Design and implement robust, scalable marketing processes, including lead routing, lead scoring, campaign operations, and program and content automation, driving greater efficiency across teams.
  • Make data-based recommendations for how we can drive more conversions, revenue and efficiency within each channel.
  • Cultivate a positive, performance-driven culture that fosters team cohesiveness and drives overall success. Lead by example, embodying a winning attitude that is both humble and hungry for continuous improvement and achievement.

What you will bring to the table…

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business Administration, etc.
  • 10+ years experience at a technology company in marketing operations, preferably in B2B Saas Proficiency in marketing tools, SFDC, and integrating marketing systems with other technologies.
  • In depth experience with marketing automation technologies like Pardot, 6Sense and Tableau.
  • Technically inclined with the ability to help implement integrations and knowledge of modern marketing tools
  • Strong interpersonal skills; demonstrated effective listening and communication skills with the ability to synthesize data collected and identify the root of problems/causes

  • Location requirements: Hybrid in Los Angeles, Las Vegas or Dallas
  • Travel requirements: Up to 10% travel.
  • Physical requirements: Must be able to sit for long periods, as well as, handle long periods of screen time.

The salary range for this role is $125,000 - $135,000 USD. The total compensation package for this position is negotiable and may also include [annual performance bonus, ESPP, enhanced time off packages and benefits.]
