SV Design is looking for a personable and highly motivated individual to join our Beverly office. The individual in this key role will work closely with firm leadership to oversee the firm's business development and marketing efforts and drive the overall direction and long-term visioning of the firm. This individual works to develop and implement the multidisciplinary business development and the strategic marketing direction of the firm including client presentations, proposals and identifying and developing new opportunities and relationships.

Responsibilities:

•Create and manage annual business development and marketing plan working with the commercial, multifamily, single family, and interiors partners/business leaders to achieve firmwide goals.

•Create and manage budget that implements the strategic plans and prioritizes the key initiatives.

•Seek and identify new business development relationships and track potential new clients.

•Manage RFP process including tracking, content creation, and strategy with strong written content and proposals.

•Oversee the creation and execution of content across multiple platforms, writing and editing original copy and content for a range of corporate marketing and communications materials.

•Provide leadership and management of the marketing team.

•Oversee and manage marketing initiatives including media and public relations to ensure consistency and strong brand messaging.

•Manage and strategize corporate sponsorships and business relationships, represent SV Design at networking events.

•Manage photoshoots including managing business partners, photographers, staging and client expectations with the goal of submitting projects for publication.

•Create and strategize print and digital advertising campaigns that will maximize reach in our target fields.

•Manage content plans for social media and web opportunities.

•Monitor web and social media traffic and review analytics.

•Be a champion of company culture to elevate our internal relations.

•Market to and help attract top talent to join the firm, conducting interviews, working with recruiters and screening potential candidates.

Qualifications:

•Minimum 10+ years’ experience in a business development, marketing or communications field. A/E/C experience preferred.•Experience in a management role with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.•Strong writing and communications skills with attention to detail.•Ability to balance immediate deadlines with long-term objectives while maintaining high quality standards.•Self-motivated spirit focused on driving efficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $120,000.00 per year
