Job Overview
We are seeking an innovative and strategic Director of Digital Marketing to lead our digital initiatives and enhance our online presence. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive engagement, growth, and client satisfaction. Your expertise will guide our marketing efforts as we continue to expand our reach in the psychic community.

Key Responsibilities:

· Digital Strategy Development:

  • Create and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and client acquisition across multiple channels, including social media, email, search, direct mail, CTV, and SMS.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
  • Develop solutions and tools that integrate and improve the on-channel and off-channel experience.
  • Be at the forefront of understanding marketing, culture and social media trends and serve as an expert in the space
  • Identify client growth opportunities and work to implement them.

· Campaign Development

  • Planning, building, and optimizing paid media campaigns within google, Meta, TikTok, streaming, and others.
  • Creating strong end to end marketing funnels to optimize use of the marketing budget.
  • Take the lead as the key decision-maker and problem solver for all aspects of Paid Media. Tackle challenges that demand in-depth analysis and research.
  • Build relationships with external partners like Meta, Reddit, and TikTok to stay informed about platform and industry updates, and enhance campaign performance.

· Content Creation & Management:

  • Lead a team of content creators to develop compelling and engaging content that reflects our brand voice and engages our audience.
  • Oversee the production of multimedia content; including blog posts, social media graphics, videos, emails, text messages, and promotional materials.

· Community Engagement:

  • Foster a vibrant online community by developing strategies for social media engagement, influencer partnerships, and client feedback initiatives.
  • Monitor and respond to community inquiries and comments to maintain a positive and supportive atmosphere.

· Performance Analysis:

  • Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Develop comprehensive reports to track progress against KPIs and drive continuous improvement.

· Budget Management:

  • Manage and optimize the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Oversee paid advertising strategies, including social media and Google Ads, to drive targeted traffic and conversions.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on B2C environments.
  • 4+ years of hands-on (in-platform) Paid Social experience with Meta Ads Manager, Pinterest Ads, TikTok for Business, etc.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and building a team.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns as well as managing programmatic campaigns, with hands-on experience using DSPs and running paid social campaigns on platforms like Google, Facebook, TikTok, X, etc
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for storytelling and audience engagement.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).
  • Strong expertise with social media measurement tools and platforms; timely knowledge of trends and hot topics
  • Bonus if you have previously worked in the psychic industry or have a deep understanding or passion of the metaphysical or spiritual.
