Full Time- 3 month contract w/ possibility of extension. Also pay could an override for productivity.

Full Job Description

Capital Infusion is looking for a Digital Marketer who will be the main member of our marketing team. This person will work directly with the CEO to execute and manage digital campaigns across a variety of platforms including paid search, SMS, email blasting and CRM. He/she will be responsible
for tasks related to setting up, optimization, management and reporting of all digital campaigns within various platforms.

Job Responsibilities

 Working directly within various ad platforms to create and manage digital ad campaigns
 Build and execute marketing campaigns across platforms
 Monitor daily performance / Identify and troubleshoot issues
 Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
 Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends to maximize ROI
 Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, and estimating monthly costs
 Implement campaign optimizations based on campaign performance data
Requirements
 Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing or Business preferred
 Experience in managing digital ad campaigns and marketing automations
 Strong knowledge of Google analytics, Google adwords and Facebook ad
 Strong analytical skills and experience generating performance reports as well as translating
data into action
 Possess a strong understanding of digital advertising and the digital media landscape
 Superior time management and organizational skills as well as the capacity to manage
multiple projects with tight deadlines
 Above average problem-solving skills and troubleshooting
