The pay range for this position In Western Washington varies between $145,530.00 – $210,735.00, and for Eastern Washington varies between $121,660.00 - $176,170.00. Washington Dental Service and its affiliates, including Arcora Foundation, Delta Dental of Washington, and TriForza intends to offer the selected candidate a base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. Base pay will also be adjusted based on the candidate's geographic location.

  • Develop integrated marketing and public relations strategies including goals, roadmaps, and operational plans to increase customer demand, sales, and positively impact brand equity.
  • Develop and own product positioning, go-to-market, and event strategies that resonates with target customers and differentiates our products in the marketplace.
  • Manage the marketing P&L by evaluating and optimizing budget allocations, ensuring alignment with strategic growth objectives.
  • Develop strategies and metrics to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing tactics, continuously refining messaging, campaign strategy, and product roadmaps for optimal media performance.
  • Spearhead the development, tracking, and analysis of key product performance metrics, as well as performance and lifecycle marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis to uncover key trends, growth opportunities, and areas for optimization across products and initiatives.
  • Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring alignment on prioritization of growth initiatives and product marketing investments, while driving strategic investment decisions.
  • Partner with sales leadership to develop marketing plans aligned with pipeline needs, ensuring initiatives support sales goals, drive revenue, and adapt to market dynamics.

Experience, skills, and education do you need to have to succeed in the position: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required to successfully perform the essential functions of the position.

  • 15+ years of B2B and B2C integrated marketing experience, ideally focused on SaaS products.
  • 5+ years building and leading teams.
  • Experience with product methodology and Agile development and continuous process improvement.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing P&L for marketing initiatives, with a proven ability to develop and implement strategies that align budgetary allocations with overall business objectives.
  • A deep understanding of market insights, competition analysis, performance insights, and marketing industry best-practices, and an understanding of evolving customer dynamics.
  • Experience in using data insights to make informed investment decisions, ensuring maximum value on marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with senior leaders to drive critical initiatives and align organizational goals with marketing efforts.
  • Demonstrated capability to lead strategies that apply marketing technology, artificial intelligence, and automation to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
