We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts across multiple brands within our hospitality portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality marketing, a deep understanding of brand management, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth through innovative marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the overall business objectives of each brand, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand identity.
  • Brand Management: Oversee the marketing and positioning of each brand, ensuring they resonate with target audiences while enhancing brand loyalty and equity.
  • Digital Marketing: Drive digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing, to enhance online presence and engagement.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and adapt marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and revenue management, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and maximize ROI.
  • Budget Management: Manage and optimize the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to achieve maximum impact across brands.
  • Performance Tracking: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, analyze results, and make data-driven decisions to optimize future initiatives.
  • Partnership Development: Cultivate relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to enhance marketing efforts and expand brand reach.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a diverse marketing team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and professional growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of successful multi-channel marketing campaigns and brand management.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools.
