The Marketing Director at SENTA Partners is a key leadership position responsible for increasing referral revenue, improving referral tracking processes, and guiding a high-performing sales and marketing team. This dynamic role involves the strategic build and management of a B2B CRM tools, and a patient journey mapping and tool management across SENTA practices. The Director will lead initiatives that attract new patients to SENTA practices by collaborating with the Physician Liaison (PL) team, developing external referral source relationships through a consultative sales approach, and executing coordinated marketing activities.

In the initial three months, the Director will assume hands-on responsibilities that include supporting NW-ENT and Piedmont ENT with referral generation, and establishing referral processes.

This leader will play a pivotal role in developing and managing CRM tools, actively supporting PLs in outreach and relationship-building to efficiently ramp up new providers and locations. They will design and implement a strategic market plan, mentor the PL Team, and refine processes to align seamlessly with SENTA’s objectives. In the first quarter, the role will focus on driving growth, maintenance, and recovery targets to ensure a swift, impactful onboarding process and establish a strong referral pipeline.

In collaboration with VPs of Marketing, Operations, and Practice Administrators, the Director will drive sales performance, streamline referral processes, and maintain SENTA’s competitive market edge by cultivating and strengthening relationships with physicians and other stakeholders.

Key Objectives:

  • Increase Referral Revenue: Develop initiatives to boost referral revenue and expand SENTA’s market presence.

  • Build and implement a B2B CRM Tool: Lead the development and management of PL activity tracking tool that allows SENTA to map activity to impact streamlining sales efforts to drive maximum revenue.

  • Improve Referral Efficiency: Identify and implement improvements to referral volume tracking and the intake process with operations.

  • Develop Strategic Sales Plan: Establish a sales strategy that supports the company’s growth objectives.

  • Empower the PL Team: Train, coach, and mentor the PL team to enhance their skills and ensure success.

  • Lead Growth Revenue Initiatives: Ensure all sales efforts are strategic, cohesive, and aligned with SENTA’s objectives.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development

  • Assess and refine current sales, tracking, and impact processes.

  • Develop a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with SENTA’s goals.

  • Set, evaluate, and adjust sales targets and KPIs to drive continuous growth.

  • Sales Team Leadership

  • Provide guidance, motivation, and mentorship to the sales team to ensure they meet and exceed goals.

  • Conduct regular PL meetings to foster collaboration, share insights, and address challenges.

  • Offer tools, training, and feedback to support professional growth within the PL team.

  • Sales Process Optimization

  • Streamline and enhance efficiency in sales processes, minimizing cycle friction.

  • Serve as System Administrator for CRM and other sales technologies to ensure optimal utilization.

  • Develop scripts, templates, and other resources to ensure consistent sales practices.

  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting

  • Track sales performance against KPIs, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.

  • Provide insights to senior leadership, offering data-driven recommendations for strategy adjustments.

  • Continuously adapt sales strategies to achieve or exceed objectives based on performance data.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

  • 7-10 years in sales management, marketing, preferably in healthcare or medical industries.

  • Proven success in developing and executing sales strategies.

  • Strong leadership skills with an ability to mentor and develop talent.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

  • Proficient in Salesforce and other CRM tools, with experience optimizing their use.

  • Analytical skills to turn performance data into actionable strategies.

Working Conditions:

  • Travel to meet with PL team members, physicians, and stakeholders across GA, SC, NC, TX, VA, KY, IN may be required.
