We are seeking a Director, Subscription DTC & Apps Acquisition to drive YoY growth in iFIT subscriptions through App Store & DTC Web.
iFIT's vision is to create the world's most holistic health and fitness platform, integrating all elements of health - physical fitness, mental health, nutrition and active recovery - into a seamless interactive experience. We develop proprietary software that learns and adjusts to the habits of each person as it delivers immersive content that guides them on their own individual fitness journey.
We are currently seeking an ambitious pace-setter to join our team as a Director, Subscription DTC & Apps Acquisition in Logan or Park City, Utah. The position is also open to remote work.
ROLE COMMITMENTS
- Drive YoY growth in iFIT subscriptions through App Store & DTC Web, focusing on:

- Paid Subscriptions: Execute campaigns and retention tactics to grow net subscribers.
- App Downloads: Enhance App Store optimization and partner with growth marketing to increase downloads and engagement
- POS Upsell Rate: Implement POS strategies to convert hardware sales into subscriptions
- Trial Starts & Conversions: Use A/B testing and personalized messaging to boost trial conversions via app and DTC
- Continuously assess competitors to optimize features, pricing, and subscription benefits, ensuring iFIT's differentiation in the DTC fitness market
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and execute the strategy for iFIT's subscription growth across Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) and App channels, focusing on IFIT subscription growth, trial conversion, and attachment to hardware sales.
- Develop and implement acquisition strategies for iFIT's Connected Fitness products that increase customer base and Average Revenue Per User (ARPU)
- Lead cross-functional Initiatives and programs through implementation for new solutions to drive growth
- Collaborate with Product, DTC, Marketing, and Subscription design teams to create compelling offerings and tiers that attract new customers and drive subscription intent
- Partner closely with Retail Channel Marketing, including presentations with Retail Partners and Sales Channels
- Lead cross-functional projects that drive growth, including new solutions for international pricing, promotional codes, and marketplace expansion
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop impactful content that drives product engagement and promotional success
- Produce and analyze data across all channels to inform strategy, identify growth opportunities, and refine subscription offerings and tiers
- Partner cross-functionally to develop subscriber and revenue forecasts on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Create Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and Marketing Requirement Documents (MRDs) to guide development priorities based on subscriber insights and market trends.
- Travel up to 20% for key meetings in Logan or Park City
Requirements: Education and Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 8+ years of product management or product marketing experience, with a focus on driving revenue and profit while reducing churn in digital subscription-based businesses.
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated examples of product launches influenced by your insights; a successful track record utilizing data driven decision making
- Demonstrated experience writing clear Product Requirement Documents (PRD's) and Marketing Requirement Documents (MRD's) to inform product development priorities
- Successful examples of partnering with marketing teams to build campaigns that drive successful outcomes including incremental subscribers, revenue and profits
