The Director/Manager of Marketing will spearhead Scilligence's marketing strategy, aiming to enhance brand presence, generate leads, and drive growth through innovative marketing programs.

Position Overview

The Director/Manager of Marketing will lead and execute Scilligence’s marketing strategy to elevate brand presence, generate leads, and drive growth. This role requires a visionary leader with strong analytical skills, creativity, and a proven track record in developing and managing successful marketing programs.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with Scilligence's business objectives to help drive growth and market share.
  • Identify market trends, customer insights, and competitive dynamics to inform marketing initiatives.
  • Define and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies.

Brand Development:

  • Strengthen the Scilligence brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Manage conference presence and public relations, including press releases, thought leadership, and media relations
  • Oversee digital campaigns, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media strategies.
  • Leverage analytics to optimize performance and ROI of digital marketing efforts.
  • Demand Generation:
  • Lead efforts to generate qualified leads through multi-channel campaigns.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to create alignment and track lead conversion rates

Content Creation

  • Develop engaging content strategies, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and videos.
  • Ensure high-quality, relevant content tailored to the target audience
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative environment.

Budget Management:

  • Work closely with the SVP of Sales & Marketing on planning and managing the marketing budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
  • Assess ROI for all marketing activities and adjust plans as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing
  • Proven track record of driving growth through innovative marketing strategies.
  • Expertise in digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in research, SaaS-related technology preferred.
