Role Overview:
The Dispositions Manager plays a pivotal role in the success of our deals. This individual will be responsible for marketing real estate opportunities swiftly and effectively to our investor database, negotiating profitable deals, and maintaining a high return on investment for both the company and our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Properties: Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies to showcase properties to the right investors, ensuring properties move quickly and profitably.
- Investor Relations: Build, nurture, and expand relationships with a network of active investors, understanding their investment criteria to match them with the best opportunities.
- Negotiation & Sales: Drive high-margin deals by leveraging strong negotiation skills to achieve win-win outcomes for the company and buyers.
- Market Analysis/ Expertise: Stay ahead of market trends and investor preferences to position properties effectively.
- Team Player & Collaboration: Partner with the acquisitions and operations teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of deals.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of buyer interactions, offers, and sales pipeline using our CRM system.
- Performance Metrics: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs related to deal closures, margins, and marketing reach.
This position is full time, in our Dublin office. Hours as follows-
- Monday- Friday 8:30a-6p
- Saturday 9a-1p

- Proven success in real estate dispositions, wholesale real estate, or a similar high-paced sales role is a PLUS!
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a talent for closing deals.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple properties and investor relationships simultaneously.
- Creative marketing skills to highlight property value and drive investor interest.
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on maintaining high margins and exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with real estate CRM platforms and marketing tools is a plus.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of working both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
