LOCATION
Assigned territorial area, outdoor setting, with occasional team huddles at Vamos Health clinic.

Job Summary
As a Door-to-Door Sales representative you will own B2C outreach and sales to consumers by travelling door to door to and educating them about the tremendous benefits of Vamos Health. Working under a Sales Manager and alongside other D2D representatives, you will call on prospective clients, build relationships, maintain accurate records, and close sales on new Vamos Health memberships. You will also collaborate with other sales teams and Vamos Health departments. You won’t have to work in a traditional office and will turn our clinic into a bustling, happy place for our patients. Base Pay Range: $15/hour
Variable Pay: $60 commission per membership sold (negotiable DOE), uncapped
Pay structure: Employee will be paid the higher between $15/hour base pay and $60 commission per membership sold on a bi-weekly cadence.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Outreach: Travel door-to-door in your assigned area to engage homeowners and residents, introducing them to Vamos Health membership opportunities.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain rapport with prospects by understanding their health needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Closing Sales: Close sales by effectively addressing questions, concerns, and objections, converting leads into members.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and follow-up activities in our CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales manager and team to meet monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Feedback: Provide feedback to the marketing and product team on customer preferences and potential improvements to our services.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in direct sales or door-to-door sales (preferred but not required).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers and build trust.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Comfortable with face-to-face selling and navigating different types of conversations.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if required for the territory).
- Basic understanding of healthcare services and memberships is a plus but not required.
- Will be selling with at least one more person
- Must be proficient in both English and Spanish

- Reliable transportation. Personal car mileage is reimbursed.

- Varying schedule to include evenings, holidays, and extended hours as business dictates
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to heat or cold temperatures.
