Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Door to Door Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers in their neighborhoods, promoting our products and services, and driving sales through effective communication and relationship-building. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Duties

  • Conduct door-to-door visits to introduce and promote our products and services.
  • Build rapport with potential customers by effectively communicating the benefits of our offerings.
  • Utilize software tools to track interactions, manage leads, and report on sales activities.
  • Engage in outbound calling to follow up with leads generated from door-to-door efforts.
  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and understand customer needs.
  • Participate in telemarketing campaigns as needed to supplement door-to-door efforts.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the inside sales team to ensure a seamless transition from prospecting to closing.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Spanish is a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customer bases.
  • Strong software skills for managing sales data and tracking performance metrics.
  • Experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or business development is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate product benefits clearly.
  • Proven negotiation skills to close deals effectively while maintaining positive relationships.
  • A background in customer service that demonstrates a commitment to client satisfaction.

Pay: $64,914.00 - $73,120.00 per year
