LOCATION
Hybrid (3 days a week in Westport, CT, with remote options considered)
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in direct-to-consumer marketing, growth strategies for 7-8 figure brands, proficiency in PPC, Meta, TikTok, Photoshop, Figma, Klaviyo, and excellent copywriting skills. Knowledge and skills in organic content production, photography, videography, editing, and influencer partnerships are also required.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead creative production and paid media strategy, develop and grow organic social media engagement through storytelling, establish an affiliate/influencer partnership program, and implement brand growth strategies through ad-hoc initiatives.

Clear Health Growth Marketing Manager
We’re a profitable, growing telemedicine startup that’s building the one-stop shop for complex chronic skin disease, starting with a focus on severe acne. Instead of having to get a PCP referral, wait months to see a dermatologist, then bounce from pharmacy to Ulta to the lab for tedious admin requirements just to get treatment, we’ve brought it all home into one convenient digital platform from initial diagnosis to post-treatment skincare.
We’re currently looking for a rainmaker to join our team where everything is all about growth. You understand that not all revenue is created equal, and that “buying” customers is not the same as gaining new customers. You understand that it’s better to acquire 1000 new users who truly love you vs. 100,000 new users who are just lukewarm.
Who you are: A creative who’s dangerous with DTC marketing tactics, but more importantly, a scrappy strategist. We’re looking for folks with experience growing 7 and 8 figure brands who can come in with novel strategies and *profitably* accelerate growth.
You’ll work directly with the exec team to lay out quarterly growth strategies/targets as well as:
1.) Run point on creative production and paid media strategy in conjunction with our partner media buying agency. Experience with 5-6 figure monthly budgets across PPC, Meta, and Tik Tok. Fluent in Photoshop, Figma, Klaviyo email marketing, and other design tools in tandem with excellent copywriting skills.
Note: This will only make up about 10%-20 of the role’s daily tasks. Success here will be measured thru traditional performance marketing KPIs such as hitting ROAS, CAC, and CPA targets.
2.) Well-versed in organic content production across Ig/Tik Tok (we wanna see your personal account handles J) and have a knack for creative storytelling. A large chunk of the role will be taking the lead on growing our organic following/engagement thru storytelling.
We’re looking for someone who’s a natural creator with photography, videography, and/or editing skills.
3.) Affiliate/Influencer partnerships – run point on establishing an affiliate program with existing membership base. The golden objective we’re trying to reach here is how to turn every single customer into an advocate and a referral (i.e. how do we achieve a viral loop?)
4.) Run point on brand strategy/growth strategy thru ad-hoc initiatives such as college campus activations, press outreach, etc.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
