Simpli.fi is seeking a DTC Marketing Manager to lead acquisition strategies, optimize user journeys, and manage partnerships to drive growth for new DTC products.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:


Simpli.fi is hiring a direct-to-consumer (DTC) Marketing Manager to lead our DTC acquisition strategy and rapidly drive inbound leads through our customer acquisition funnel. You will work cross-functionally with marketing teams to build, deploy and optimize efforts on an ongoing basis. Working alongside our various channel leads (paid media, social, brand, media, email, etc.) you’ll report directly to the Director of product marketing strategy, who reports into the Growth Marketing team.


The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success, having previously played a critical role in managing growth efforts for a DTC company or product. We expect this team member to be a self-starter who is always looking for innovative ways to drive DTC product growth, collaborate on ways to nurture users, retain existing clients, and ultimately contribute to the success of our DTC products. Partnerships and partnership management will also be a critical part of this role. This is a new role for a new product, and we’ll be excited to find a candidate who is ready to build the blueprint for DTC success.


WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:


Primary activities include (but are not limited to):

  • Building and scaling Simpli.fi’s DTC acquisition strategy
  • Continually reviewing performance across all tactics employed to optimize the customer journey and product growth
  • Developing marketing collateral in partnership with growth, product and brand teams to fuel customer acquisition and retention
    • Drafting copy for email, paid media, collaborating on content resources that speak to specific steps in the customer journey
  • Management of strategic product partnerships, both development and execution
  • Analysis of content and campaign performance including a strong understanding of the marketing funnel reporting
  • Continually make and implement recommendations for optimization and ongoing growth
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success and other functions as needed to support our DTC strategy success


WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED IN THE ROLE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3-5 years of experience in DTC marketing
  • Experience with Salesforce preferred
  • Proven track record in acquisition marketing/lead generation
  • Strong understanding of customer journeys and content mapping to support marketing campaigns
  • Deep knowledge of marketing analytics and data management
  • Passion for the online advertising industry, trends, and technologies
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Highly motivated to excel with a strong work ethic and initiative
  • Strong ethical values
  • Resourceful, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
