Position Overview

We're seeking an experienced ecommerce and marketing professional to coach small groups of farmers and ranchers in implementing proven direct-to-consumer marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in paid media buying, particularly Facebook advertising, and a track record of helping businesses achieve first-order profitability through strategic marketing campaigns.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead weekly small group coaching calls (3-5 groups of 10-15 participants each)
  • Guide farmers and ranchers in implementing effective marketing strategies
  • Provide expert consultation on Facebook advertising campaigns
  • Help clients develop and optimize marketing funnels
  • Support clients in achieving first-order profitability
  • Actively participate in our online community, providing timely responses to client questions
  • Hold clients accountable to their action plans and commitments
  • Help clients create and execute strategic marketing game plans

Community Engagement

  • Maintain active daily presence in our private client community
  • Provide timely, expert responses to client questions about Facebook ads, marketing funnels, and growth strategy
  • Share relevant insights and best practices with the community
  • Help troubleshoot client challenges in real-time
  • Foster peer-to-peer learning through thoughtful discussion facilitation
  • Contribute to building a supportive, action-oriented community culture

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in paid media buying, specifically Facebook advertising
  • Proven track record of running successful marketing campaigns for consumer products
  • Deep understanding of marketing funnel creation and optimization
  • Experience in creating and managing comprehensive marketing campaigns including ads, funnels, and email sequences
  • Strong ability to teach and communicate marketing concepts to non-marketers
  • Excellent project management and accountability coaching skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience running or leading at a marketing agency
  • Background in client success or account management
  • Experience with Shopify
  • Track record in creating marketing partnerships, joint ventures, or affiliate marketing programs
  • Experience in the agriculture, food, or direct-to-consumer sectors
  • History of helping businesses achieve first-order profitability through paid advertising

Compensation & Benefits

  • $80,000-$120,000 annual base compensation (based on experience)
  • Performance bonus up to $25,000 annually based on client success metrics
  • 3 weeks paid time off
