Job Summary: NWS is seeking a driven and analytical individual to spearhead our e-commerce efforts and optimize our online presence. As the E-Commerce and Digital Marketing Specialist, you will oversee our e-commerce platform, execute impactful digital marketing campaigns, and work closely with internal teams to elevate our digital capabilities. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize e-commerce product listings, including product uploads, page management, and SEO.
  • Track, analyze, and report on website traffic and conversion rates.
  • Conduct regular audits of the e-commerce platform to ensure accurate and up-to-date product information.
  • Oversee the HubSpot Marketing Hub for lead generation and email marketing campaigns.
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive sales.
  • Maintain and organize SharePoint hubs for marketing materials, partner documents, and price lists.
  • Plan, execute, and analyze Google and LinkedIn PPC campaigns.
  • Develop and manage social media strategies to engage audiences and grow online presence.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of post-secondary education or a college diploma
  • 1-2 years of experience managing an e-commerce store, preferably in telecommunications or distribution.
  • 1-2 years of SEO experience.
  • 1-2 years of CRM experience (HubSpot preferred).
  • 1-2 years of SharePoint or equivalent platform experience.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Physical demands: occasional heavy activity, including lifting up to 50 lbs for event setups.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills (Not Required):

  • Graphic design experience.
  • Experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Google SEO certification.
