As the E-Commerce and Digital Marketing Specialist, you will oversee our e-commerce platform, execute impactful digital marketing campaigns, and work closely with internal teams to elevate our digital capabilities. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize e-commerce product listings, including product uploads, page management, and SEO.
- Track, analyze, and report on website traffic and conversion rates.
- Conduct regular audits of the e-commerce platform to ensure accurate and up-to-date product information.
- Oversee the HubSpot Marketing Hub for lead generation and email marketing campaigns.
- Assist with email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive sales.
- Maintain and organize SharePoint hubs for marketing materials, partner documents, and price lists.
- Plan, execute, and analyze Google and LinkedIn PPC campaigns.
- Develop and manage social media strategies to engage audiences and grow online presence.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of post-secondary education or a college diploma
- 1-2 years of experience managing an e-commerce store, preferably in telecommunications or distribution.
- 1-2 years of SEO experience.
- 1-2 years of CRM experience (HubSpot preferred).
- 1-2 years of SharePoint or equivalent platform experience.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Physical demands: occasional heavy activity, including lifting up to 50 lbs for event setups.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills (Not Required):
- Graphic design experience.
- Experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
- Google SEO certification.
