The E-Commerce Coordinator will support online operations, enhance customer experience, implement sales strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize digital marketing efforts.
What you will do
The E-Commerce Coordinator role is designed to support and enhance the online experience, ensuring smooth operations across digital platforms. This position involves a blend of marketing acumen and technical know-how, with responsibilities that span from updating website content to analyzing sales data to optimize online performance. They have a deep understanding of e-commerce trends, online marketing, and sales strategies.
How you will do it
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement promotional campaigns across various online platforms to drive sales and enhance brand visibility.
Analyze website traffic and user engagement metrics to identify trends, optimize performance, and improve the customer experience.
Collaborate with technical specialists to maintain website functionality, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement new features or updates.
SEO optimization implementation to boost product visibility on search engines.
Optimize online sales strategies to enhance customer engagement.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
Support the E-Commerce Director to implement the company’s e-commerce activities and strategies.
Monitor and analyze sales trends and identify new opportunities and challenges.
Manage product listings, including writing product descriptions, specifications ensuring all listings are accurate and appealing.
Liaise with customer service and store staff to address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints related to the online experience.
Perform additional duties and responsibilities as necessary to support business growth.
What we look for
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Visual Media or related field
Proficient advanced level expertise with Adobe and Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of PIM and E-Commerce software with Akeneo and Adobe Commerce preferred
Background in digital marketing, web design, analytics and e-commerce systems are highly beneficial
Understands and has experience with product content creation, optimization, and maintenance
Demonstrates project management abilities by multi-tasking, prioritizing, being flexible, and meeting deadlines on a consistent basis
Analyzing, conceptualizing, and logically organizing information with a high degree of precision and accuracy
Understanding of SEO, content management and online customer behavior
High attention to detail
Dedicated work ethic, punctuality, responsible and reliable with strong personal integrity
Experience in the HVAC Industry is a plus
