We are seeking an E-Commerce and Digital Specialist who will play a key role in driving growth and revenue across our digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing strategies, and a keen focus on optimizing the consumer experience online. This person will be responsible for implementing and optimizing digital marketing initiatives, ensuring smooth e-commerce operations, and driving key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, traffic, and customer satisfaction
Primary Responsibilities:
- Drive Growth & Revenue: Implement strategies to increase traffic, conversion rates, and overall revenue on e-commerce platforms.
- E-Commerce Optimization: Continuously optimize product listings, content, and the customer journey on the website to improve overall sales performance.
- Digital Marketing: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns (PPC, email, social media, etc.) to drive traffic and engagement.
- Consumer Experience: Ensure a seamless, user-friendly online experience, optimizing every step of the customer journey from browsing to checkout.
- Data-Driven: Use analytics to track, measure, and report on key metrics, and make data-driven recommendations for improving performance.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and execution of digital strategies.
Requirements for the Role:
- 5-10 years’ experience in a similar marketing role, preferably from a top Fortune company.
- Proven experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, etc.) and digital marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns for better performance.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising techniques.
- A customer-focused mindset, with a track record of improving user experience and driving conversion rate increases.
- Deep understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROI, CAC, LTV, and other digital metrics.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
