Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized, business-savvy, and proactive individual to serve as a Personal Assistant & Business Manager. This role involves supporting both personal and business operations, with a strong emphasis on clerical tasks, project management, and business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will excel at managing multiple responsibilities, maintaining high standards of efficiency, and providing creative input to help build and scale multiple ventures.
Responsibilities:
Business Management
- Online Store Management:
- Managing Shopify operations, including uploading products, handling inventory, and updating the online store.
- Running marketing ads and campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, TikTok Shop, Instagram).
- Overseeing packaging, shipping, labeling, and merchandise tracking.
- Monitoring store performance metrics and providing actionable recommendations.
- Social Media Content Creation & Marketing:
- Creating high-quality photos, videos, and engaging content for social media platforms.
- Assisting with social media planning, including content calendars and posting schedules.
- Researching trends and brainstorming strategies to grow social media presence and engagement.
- Project Coordination:
- Assisting with new business initiatives and product launches.
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis.
- Providing input on growth strategies, branding, and business expansion ideas.
Administrative and Clerical Support
- Document Management
- Communication Management:
- Responding to emails, handling inquiries, and managing correspondence.
- Coordinating with vendors, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Technology Support:
- Setting up and troubleshooting devices like phones, computers, or smart home systems.
Personal Assistance
- Assisting with errands, shopping, and sourcing professional services as needed.
- Organizing and maintaining a well-structured closet and workspace.
- Managing personal purchases and brand outreach for high-end or professional needs.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business management, personal assistance, or clerical work.
- Proficiency with Shopify, digital marketing platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, TikTok Shop, Instagram), and business tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with an ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities.
- Tech-savvy, with experience in basic troubleshooting for devices and software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a passion for business development and problem-solving.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Expectations: The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of managing businesses effectively, with a strong emphasis on generating revenue and streamlining operations. Punctuality is non-negotiable—lateness will not be tolerated. Candidates must demonstrate expertise in Shopify management, social media advertising (e.g., Facebook Ads, TikTok Shop, Instagram), and leveraging AI tools to optimize business performance. This role requires someone who is results-driven and capable of making the employer’s life easier while directly contributing to business profitability. If their work does not lead to measurable success—whether through increased revenue, enhanced efficiency, or creative business growth—they will not remain in the position.
