Seeking an E-Commerce Manager to lead our e-commerce strategy, oversee platform operations, enhance customer experiences, and ensure alignment with our broader marketing and logistics initiatives at TGP Fulfillment.

About Us:

TGP Fulfillment is a leading provider of fulfillment and garment decoration services, proudly operating an in-house embroidery facility at our New Jersey fulfillment center. We cater to the garment decoration needs of corporate and retail clients, delivering custom embroidery services.

Building on our success, we have expanded our services to include private labeling, gaining the trust of clients who rely on TGP for more than just garment decoration. Our sourcing network now spans across Asia, including China, South Korea, Vietnam, and beyond, enabling us to meet diverse manufacturing needs.

Recognizing our potential, TGP launched its own apparel brand, CHOKOLIDS, which has achieved #1 best-seller rankings in multiple headwear categories on Amazon. Over time, we’ve broadened our offerings by acquiring and managing consumer brands such as Hampton Adams and others.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • E-Commerce Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Platform Management: Oversee daily operations of our e-commerce platforms, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and order fulfillment.
  • Analytics and Optimization: Monitor performance metrics (traffic, conversion rates, sales, etc.) and implement data-driven improvements.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure a seamless and engaging customer journey, addressing issues and optimizing the online shopping experience.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, inventory, IT, and customer service teams to align online operations with broader company initiatives.
  • Digital Marketing: Work closely with marketing teams to execute campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.
  • Inventory Management: Collaborate with the logistics and procurement teams to ensure accurate stock levels and timely order processing.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay updated on e-commerce trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a similar role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (Shopify) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Soft Skills: Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with SEO, PPC, and social media advertising strategies.
  • Bonus: Experience with UX/UI design, A/B testing, and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
