Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an E-commerce Market Research and Marketing Specialist. This role is essential in expanding our product offerings, optimizing product visibility, and managing marketing campaigns to drive sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of market research, supplier negotiations, product listing optimization, and online marketing strategies, including Email Marketing Campaigns and Google Ads management. Basic SEO knowledge and proficiency in both Chinese and English are required.
Responsibilities:
- Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trending products relevant to our website's niche and business goals.
- Product Sourcing: Identify and evaluate potential products and suppliers to expand our product offerings.
- Product Listing: Create and upload product listings with accurate, engaging, and SEO-optimized descriptions to attract potential customers.
- SEO Optimization: Write blog posts and product descriptions optimized for search engines to improve online visibility and drive sales.
- Email Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and analyze email marketing campaigns to engage customers and drive conversions.
- Google Ads Management: Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to maximize ROI and reach target audiences effectively.
- Product Knowledge: Familiarize yourself with our current product catalog to ensure accurate descriptions and provide informed responses to customer inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in market research and product sourcing.
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and product listing processes (e.g., Shopify, Magento).
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles and how to apply them to content creation.
- Knowledge and experience in managing Email Marketing Campaigns, including content creation, audience segmentation, and performance analysis.
- Familiarity with Google Ads or other online advertising platforms, including campaign creation, optimization, and performance tracking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Quick learner who can adapt to new tools, technologies, and tasks.
- Background or familiarity with the cable industry or related products is a strong plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience in e-commerce operations or a similar role.
- Proven track record in managing successful online marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of online marketing tools and strategies.
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday / 8:30AM to 5:30PM
