Nutrum Biotech is a health and wellness company specializing in the development, distribution, and sale of high-quality dietary supplements. Our primary focus is to provide scientifically formulated products that support overall health and well-being. All supplements are manufactured in certified facilities in the United States.

Nutrum Biotech is also a sister company of a real estate development and healthcare company. We presently are working on the development of 3 healthcare facilities in the Las Vegas area with a total of over 420-bed capacity and operating one of them this year. This provides strong medical and regulatory endorsement for the development and application of Nutrum products.

Job Overview:

We seek a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will understand supplement market trends, consumer behavior, and effective marketing strategies .This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills to develop compelling campaigns that resonate with our target audience. Having work experience in the supplement, food and drink industry will be a big bonus.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase sales through our direct-to-consumer e-commerce platforms.
  • Manage the entire online sales process, from lead generation to conversion, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
  • Create, edit, and optimize ad creatives for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to drive engagement and conversions. Including product photo shoot, video edit and posting.
  • Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to adapt strategies that align with business goals.
  • Manage listings on Amazon Vendor / Seller Central / eBay / Walmart accounts daily, including setting up new listings, modifying the listings and optimizing them according to market trend and company's strategies
  • Monitor and review product listings
  • In depth market research and competition
  • Content creation and writing
  • Modify PPC campaign and generate reports
  • Manage Website to increase company online traffic

Key Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum bachelor’s degree in nutrition, marketing, Business Administration, or related field. (Master's degree preferred)

  • 3 Years of sales experience with Amazon/eBay /Walmart /Etsy/Herb
  • E-commerce Manager: 2 years (Required)
  • Ability to interpret analytics data to inform decision-making processes.
  • Knowledge of Facebook, business pages & google PPC
  • Good writing and research skill
  • Proficiency in content marketing strategies and execution.
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite for design purposes.
  • Proven track record of directly achieving at least $500,000 in yearly sales
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing tools, and analytics software.
  • Proficient in Google tools for tracking and reporting on campaign performance.
  • Understanding HTML for email marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive teams towards achieving sales objectives.
  • Detail-oriented, organized and self-motivated with a collaborative attitude
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000-$60,000 per year + bonus

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives
