E-Commerce Marketing Associate / Social Media Specialist
LOCATION
In-house position at Portable Blowout, leading distributor of consumer electronics and small household appliances.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 2 years of e-commerce management experience, including Amazon PPC. Skills in email marketing, graphic design, and knowledge of Shopify SEO are preferred. Experience with multi-platform integration tools is required.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain multiple e-commerce accounts, optimize product listings, drive traffic to listings, enhance SEO and keyword rankings, manage social media content, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver promotional content via Amazon/Shopify.
- Optimize Product Listings to further boost sales.
- Drive traffic to our item listings on various platforms.
- Optimize SEO and keyword rankings.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of the social media campaigns.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create content for social media channels.
- Engage with customers and respond to their inquiries in a timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to create engaging content for various social media sites.
- Assist with website maintenance and updates.
- Assist with social media maintenance (posts).
- Assist in the creation of our brand weekly newsletters.
The obligations and responsibilities are included but not limited to the following:
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in marketing, customer relations, product management, and operations to ensure the best possible customer experience is achieved.
- Enhance product title descriptions, categorization, and keywords for optimal performance, improving page rank and sales.
- Manage eCommerce merchandising and coordinates content and digital asset uploads and ensures correct display.
- Manage listings on Amazon Seller Central account daily, including setting up new listings, modifying listings, and optimizing listings according to the company's marketing strategies.
- Monitor and analyze ASIN performance, rankings, ratings, and customer reviews and make recommendations to enhance rankings and performance to drive sales.
- Develop and manage the Amazon Sponsored Product Ad campaigns and Amazon Promotions.
