The eCommerce Marketing Coordinator will enhance W.F. Young's eCommerce initiatives by managing product content, supporting sales growth, and collaborating with various teams to optimize online presence and product offerings.

The W.F. Young team is seeking an eCommerce Marketing Coordinator who values teamwork, thrives in a close-knit environment, and is passionate about making a meaningful contribution to our eCommerce initiatives.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Audit and support updating brand content including product detail pages, landing pages, and brand pages for the direct-to-consumer sites, marketplaces, eCommerce partners, and omnichannel retailers to ensure content and assets are accurate and up to date and ensure accurate pricing.
- Support launches of new products by completing new item setup process for eCommerce sites and assist in the implementation of all aspects of the product detail page, including product titles, descriptions, product images, A+ content, and pricing.
- Help grow eCommerce marketplace sales by supporting enforcement of Authorized Reseller Agreements and working with third-party partners to enforce iMAP (Internet Minimum Advertising Price) policies and remove unauthorized resellers.
- Work with the Marketing team to develop, execute, track, and report the performance of direct-to-consumer promotions.
- Provide input to the Marketing team for the development of eCommerce assets, including carousel images, videos, display banners, etc., to drive sales growth and ROAS.
- Supports the Digital Marketing team by participating in quality audits of direct-to-consumer sites to ensure the quality reliability, and functionality of the sites.
- Work collaboratively with Marketing, Sales, Quality, and Operations to develop exclusive online bundles, special pack-outs, and an optimized product assortment for eCommerce channels.
- Collect and distribute sales reports to the Marketing team.
- Assist with data entry for consumer sentiment reports and offer insights to support product, sales, and marketing plans.
- Actively participate in eCommerce, Sales, and Marketing planning and initiative discussions.
- Other Marketing & eCommerce tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in business, Marketing, or Communications with a minimum of 2 years of experience supporting eCommerce; CPG experience preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and PIM systems (e.g., Salsify) a plus.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Extreme attention to detail, strong organizational & analytical skills.
- Proven ability to deliver reports on time.
- Self-motivated, outgoing, and comfortable working independently or collaboratively.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and adapt to shifting priorities in a dynamic environment
- Skilled at problem-solving and decision making
- Experience working with different online marketplace platforms.
- Amazon and Shopify experience a plus

Pay: From $57,000.00 per year
