A leading manufacturer of Outdoor Living Products located in Pomona CA are seeking a eCommerce Marketing Specialist. The E-commerce Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing and optimizing online marketing strategies to drive sales and improve the customer experience on our e-commerce platforms. This role involves collaborating with various teams, analyzing performance data, and implementing marketing campaigns to increase online revenue and engagement.
Required:
- Proven experience in managing third-party marketplace accounts
- Experience developing and implementing advertising sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability on Amazon.
- Must have experience with Amazon Vendor/Seller Central, Amazon Ads and Google Ads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Execution: Implement effective e-commerce marketing sales and display advertising across key third-party Marketplaces (Amazon, Home Depot, Lowe's, Wayfair, Walmart, etc.)
- Data Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) such as sales, traffic, conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS). Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis and best practices.
- Collaboration: Ability to work with colleagues to reach business objectives and execute omni-channel campaigns across all digital platforms aligning promotions on the third-party marketplace with other company digital channels.
- Paid Advertising: Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels to maximize ROI.
- Market Research: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to stay competitive.
- Marketplace Changes: Stay informed about changes in marketplace rules and adapt strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in e-commerce marketing or digital marketing, with a proven ability to drive online sales and engagement.
- Technical Skills: Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, Excel
- Nice to have: Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Effectively communicating with team members and stakeholders.
- Creativity: Innovative mindset with the ability to develop unique marketing strategies.
- Attention to Detail: Organized and establishes best practices to implement key project management skills, ensuring deadlines are met and business objectives are successfully achieved.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
