We carry a remarkable selection of luxury watches from some of the world’s most renowned watch brands, including Richard Mille, Audemars Piguet, Patek Philippe, Rolex, and more. We put the customer experience above all else to create a watch-buying experience like no other. We have a luxurious private showroom in New York’s Diamond District, Miami Design District, Aspen Colorado, and a robust e-commerce platform to cater to domestic and international clients.

In this role, you will be the lead store-front manager of our e-commerce platforms.

Primary Responsibilities:

(Included but not limited to)

  • Site Development, Merchandising, and Visuals.
  • Product data management.
  • Design and execute the customer roadmap, ensuring a smooth path from discovery through to activation and purchase.
  • Work with cross-functional departments across Marketing, Sales, and Inventory to align and execute campaigns for new brand/product launches.
  • Manage product life cycle of all products online from introductory upload/listing, through to sale and delisting.
  • Manage and distribute the overall site calendar to ensure internal teams are aware of the current brand site strategy and focus.
  • Execute online content and site publishing related to daily, seasonal, and special project launches.
  • Lead ongoing maintenance of the site to ensure content, product merchandising, and inventory are up to date.
  • Work with the graphics/visual department to curate online assortment and identify ways of enhancing product storytelling.
  • Ensure accuracy of listings for both internal and external platforms where Avi & Co. conducts business, guaranteeing parity across all points of sale.

Optimization and User Experience:

  • Responsible for monitoring product listings to obtain top-quality listings including great copy, graphics, and product images.
  • Conduct regular audits of website and content to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Work closely with the website development team to implement new features and technologies to our website.
  • Work with an SEO consultant to identify opportunities to grow traffic and improve conversions and ROI to increase online sales.
  • Identify UX optimization opportunities, including but not limited to, merchandising, on-site search, SEO, mobile experience, and other site elements (PDP, checkout, etc.) to maximize Conversion Rate.
  • Optimize performance-based marketing using data to efficiently drive acquisition and retention.
  • Define and manage ongoing User Experience testing roadmap (A/B, multivariate testing).

Reporting and Insights:

  • Develop weekly KPI and ROI reporting on all site and site-related activity and provide recommendations on the overall improvement of KPIs, including Opt-Ins, AOV, Bounce Rate, Conversion Rate, New Customers and Repeat Purchases
  • Deliver insights related to inventory, product, media, email, and CRM (customer data)
  • Research and compile industry trends and competitor activity to ideate new marketing and business opportunities
  • Analyze Google Analytics to give feedback to the team on different revenue channels' performance and give collaborative strategy feedback to the team members.
  • Managing customer service and customer reviews

Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience with Magento 2 and Shopify.
  • eCommerce platform and SAAS planning/budgeting experience is a must.
  • Must have experience working with outside consultants to achieve results.
  • Have digital marketing knowledge and demonstrate an understanding of the relationship between E-Commerce and Marketing to drive commercial growth.
  • Experience with new platforms and application integration.
  • Experience with vetting/selecting external service platforms that enhance the customer experience.

Compensation:

  • Salary range: $60,000-$75,000

Office Hours:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
