Seeking an E-Commerce specialist to drive sales and optimize strategies on Walmart Marketplace, ensuring compliance and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a E-Commerce specialist, who would be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all operations, sales, and marketing strategies on the Walmart Marketplace platform. This role focuses on driving revenue, ensuring product visibility, and maintaining a competitive edge while adhering to Walmart's guidelines and policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ecommerce, marketplace management, and data-driven decision-making.
This role is vital to the growth and success of our organization’s presence on Walmart Marketplace, requiring a blend of strategic thinking, technical know-how, and hands-on management.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketplace Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to grow sales and profitability on Walmart Marketplace.
- Identify new opportunities for product expansion and optimize the current product catalog.
- Ensure product listings are compliant with Walmart’s policies and optimized for search visibility.
Product Listings and Content Management:
- Create, optimize, and manage product listings, including descriptions, titles, images, and specifications.
- Implement keyword strategies to improve search rankings and discoverability.
- Regularly audit and update listings to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Sales and Performance Monitoring:
- Track and analyze sales, conversion rates, and other performance metrics.
- Use analytics tools to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Develop actionable insights to enhance sales performance and customer satisfaction.
Inventory and Pricing Management:
- Monitor inventory levels in Walmart fulfillment centers to prevent stockouts and overselling.
- Set and adjust pricing strategies to remain competitive while maximizing profit margins.
- Collaborate with the supply chain and inventory teams for seamless replenishment.
Advertising and Promotions:
- Plan and execute Walmart Sponsored Product campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
- Manage promotional activities, including deals and special offers, to increase visibility and conversions.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize for ROI.
Customer Service and Feedback Management:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Monitor and manage product reviews and ratings to maintain brand reputation.
- Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Compliance and Relationship Management:
- Stay updated on Walmart Marketplace policies, rules, and guidelines.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Walmart’s account managers and support teams.
- Ensure compliance with all platform requirements to avoid penalties or suspensions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing Walmart Marketplace.
- Strong understanding of marketplace dynamics, SEO for product listings, and online merchandising.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Walmart Seller Center, Helium 10, Google Analytics).
- Experience with Walmart Connect and Sponsored Ads is a plus.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic ecommerce environment.
Skills:
- Data-driven decision-making and analytical mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
- Familiarity with ecommerce tools and software for inventory and order management.

Job Type: Full-time
