Responsibilities

As an E-Commerce Specialist, you'll play a critical role in driving our online sales growth and ensuring a seamless customer journey. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and optimizing our website (Shopify)
• Monitoring website performance, identifying issues, and implementing improvements to enhance the user experience.
• Developing and executing online sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
• Analyzing customer behavior and website data to identify opportunities for growth.
• Creating, uploading, and managing product listings, including descriptions, images, and pricing.
• Implementing SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase site traffic.
• Coordinating with marketing teams to execute promotions, email campaigns, and digital advertising.
• Managing third-party integrations such as payment gateways, shipping platforms, and analytics tools.
• Staying updated on e-commerce trends and technologies to keep our platform competitive.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone with:

• Proven experience as an E-Commerce Specialist or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in e-commerce platforms like Shopify.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with tools like Google Analytics.
• Experience with digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and social media campaigns.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic web development (a plus, but not required).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
