E-Commerce Specialist

E-Commerce Specialist – Comfortside West LLCWe are actively seeking an experienced E-Commerce Specialist to join our team at Comfortside West LLC. We are a distributor of ductless air conditioning systems, focusing on the sale of our brands, COOPER&HUNTER and OLMO.

Our ideal candidate has a strong attention to detail and previous experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.

Position Overview:

• Pay: $21/hr + Commission.
• Hours: Monday through Friday, 8am-4pm or 10am to 6pm.
• PTO: Available after 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with e-commerce teams to develop and implement effective strategies to drive online sales.
• Edit product listings and manage inventory accuracy across platforms.
• Maintain the online store and monitor site performance to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Process customer orders, inquiries, and returns, ensuring a professional and timely response.
• Conduct keyword research and optimize listings for SEO and conversion rates.
• Support digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and PPC ads.
• Analyze e-commerce performance metrics and provide actionable insights for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in e-commerce.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify or similar platforms (BigCommerce or WooCommerce is acceptable).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO and PPC.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Familiarity with web design principles and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.

Expected hours: 40 per week
