QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, eCommerce, Business Management, or a related field; proven experience in eCommerce website management and online marketing; strong analytical skills; excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Manage and optimize advertising campaigns and e-commerce operations to drive traffic, conversions, and sales growth.
Job Duties
- Key Responsibilities:
- Advertising Campaigns:
- Develop and execute advertising strategies across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Amazon).
- Create targeted campaigns to drive traffic, increase conversions, and boost sales.
- Monitor ad performance, optimize budget allocation, and adjust strategies based on data and trends.
- Product Listings & Promotions:
- Manage product listings, ensuring they are optimized for search engines and advertising platforms.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns and flash sales to drive visibility and attract customers.
- Analyze campaign results and continuously improve listings to maximize ad effectiveness.
- Channel Management:
- Oversee the daily operations of our e-commerce channels (e.g., Shopify, Amazon), ensuring smooth product availability, order fulfillment, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing, inventory, and customer service teams to ensure all aspects of the e-commerce experience align with sales goals.
- Data & Performance Tracking:
- Use data analytics to track ad performance, sales conversion, and customer behavior across channels.
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to improve results.
- Customer Engagement:
- Develop strategies to increase customer engagement through advertising, promotions, and personalized offers.
- Use feedback and insights from customer interactions to adjust campaigns and improve the overall customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, eCommerce, Business Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in eCommerce website management and online marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $5,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
