QUALIFICATIONS
2-5 years of experience in e-commerce management, strong knowledge of digital marketing principles including SEO and performance marketing, proficiency in HTML and JavaScript, familiarity with graphic design software, excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills, and prior experience with the eBay platform is mandatory. Fluent in English and proficient in Excel.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement e-commerce strategies, create engaging product content, optimize product pages for SEO, manage social media campaigns, update product information, handle customer inquiries, and perform additional tasks such as inventory organization.

This role involves managing various aspects of our e-commerce platform, including content creation, performance marketing, and analytics to drive sales and improve customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies to increase online sales and brand visibility.
- Create engaging content for product listings, ensuring high-quality images and compelling descriptions.
- Utilize SEO best practices to optimize product pages for search engines.
- Manage social media marketing campaigns to promote products and engage with customers.
- Regularly update product information, monitor order status, and shipping charge updates
- Handle customer inquiries and after-sales data to improve operational strategies.
- Additional Tasks can include: cleaning and organizing inventory.
Requirements
- Proven experience in e-commerce management or a related field (2-5 years).
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing principles, including SEO, performance marketing, and advertising strategies.
- Proficiency in HTML and JavaScript for website updates and enhancements.
- Familiarity with graphic design software is a plus for creating promotional content.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
