The Opportunity
This position works out of our Alameda, CA office in the Lingo Division. Meet Lingo, a new biosensing technology that provides users a window into their body. Lingo tracks key biomarkers – such as glucose, ketones, and lactate – to help people make better decisions about their health and nutrition. Biowearable technology will digitize, decentralize, and democratize healthcare, enabling consumers to take control of their own health.
The E-commerce Manager will oversee our online sales and presence, managing the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce website. This role requires a blend of strategic planning and hands-on execution, ensuring our digital storefront delivers an exceptional customer experience and meets revenue goals.
What You’ll Work On
- Support and implement e-commerce strategies to drive both short-term sales and long-term growth.
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the e-commerce site, ensuring content is up-to-date, products are accurately listed, and site performance is optimized.
- Regularly update online merchandising, promotions, and pricing to stay competitive.
- Enhance the online customer journey, focusing on seamless navigation, secure transactions, and optimized device compatibility.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute effective digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rates, sales, and abandonment rates.
- Utilize analytics tools to generate reports and provide data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Work closely with the inventory and logistics teams to ensure stock availability and timely order fulfillment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an E-commerce Manager or similar role creating and implementing marketing campaigns and strategies to drive the sales
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms – architecture, infrastructure as well as tech stack (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.).
- Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Looker) and digital marketing.
- Proficient in Content Management Systems and Digital Asset Management Systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Understanding of larger macro trends happening in the ecommerce industry
- Understanding of UX/UI principles, SEO, SEM, and e-commerce best practices.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

The base pay for this position is $125,700.00 – $251,500.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
