Beatineon American Lighting is a LED lighting and fixtures company established in August 2022 in Irvine, USA. The company's headquarters, BeatiNeon Lighting Co., Ltd., is located in China, with over 20 years of experience in LED lighting production and export. Founded in 2004, our headquarters in Guangdong, China, boasts two production facilities covering a total area of 40,000 square meters. Our product range includes LED Christmas decorations, home decor lighting, indoor and outdoor lighting fixtures, all backed by ETL/cETL certifications and exported to various countries including Europe and the United States. Our primary business in the United States involves online retailing of LED lighting and collaboration with large-scale importers and wholesalers. Due to the growing demand for expanding into the North American market, we are eagerly looking for someone like you to join us in achieving excellence.
Who are we looking for:
We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented eCommerce Manager to lead our online sales initiatives and drive business growth through innovative strategies. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in performance marketing, content creation, and social media management, as well as experience with online platforms for major retail chains like Home Depot, Lowe's, and others (Required).
Your Main Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive eCommerce strategy to drive online sales and increase brand awareness.
- Oversee daily operations of the online store, including product listings, pricing, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement online marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.
- Leverage data-driven insights to make informed decisions on product offerings, pricing, and promotions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape insights.
- Work closely with graphic designers to create visually compelling marketing assets using Adobe tools.
- Generate and analyze sales reports to track product performance, revenue, and profitability, and report it routinely to the CEO.
Position Requirements
(1) Bachelor's degree of related field is required, with fluent English speaking and writing skills. Chinese spearker is a plus.
(2) Experience with entering online platforms for major retail chains like Home Depot, Lowe's, and others (Required)
(3) Three or more years of e-commerce operations experience, familiarity with the operation and use of platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, Wayfair, eBay, Walmart, Home Depot, Lowes, etc. Preferably in the lighting industry.
(4) Proficiency in the policies and rules of various e-commerce platforms, with the ability to maintain platform account health.
(5) Ability and experience in keyword search optimization to effectively increase conversion rates.
(6) Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
(7) Strong problem-solving and team work skills, a diligent and responsible work ethic, and attention to detail.
(8) Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and experience with sales reporting is a plus.
