E-Commerce Operation Analyst

Job Description Summary: We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Associate to join our Trade Marketing Retail.com Strategy and Operations Team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving data-driven insights and executing strategies that enhance our e-commerce performance across multiple retail channels. You will be responsible for designing and maintaining dynamic PowerBI dashboards that consolidate sales data, running scripts to clean and automate data feeds, and providing real-time, actionable insights and regular reporting.

The Associate will analyze sales trends, customer search behaviors, and keyword performance to optimize product visibility, improve SEO, and drive growth of our brands on retail.com and corporate D2C sites. You will conduct competitive assessments and assist in maximizing sales potential through product assortment expansion, ratings and reviews enhancement, and strategic product displays. Job Description: RESPONSIBILITIES:* Design, create, and maintain a dynamic PowerBI dashboard that consolidates e-commerce sales data from multiple sales channels, ensuring a streamlined and visually engaging interface for tracking and reporting on sales performance. * Implement scripts to clean and standardize large volumes of unstructured data, enabling smooth integration and automated data feeds to the PowerBI dashboard for real-time updates and insights. * Analyze sales data trends across multiple channels, generating detailed reports to highlight key insights. Identify patterns, uncover opportunities for improvement, and provide actional recommendations to optimize overall sales performance and drive growth. * Analyze and report on customer search behavior and keyword performance, evaluating share of search metrics. Provide valuable insights to identify opportunities for SEO improvements that enhance product visibility and drive customer engagement. * Support in conducting competitor assessments and evaluating our status in e-commerce strategies, offering insights, and executing strategic initiatives to enhance our competitive positioning. * Maximize sales potential by assessing opportunities for product display age enhancements, expanding product assortments, and enhancing ratings and reviews to drive increased engagement and conversions.

QUALIFICATIONS:* Bachelor Degree in a related field of study required. * Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience required. * Excellent Communication Skills: Proficiency in both written and verbal communication is essential for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. * Advanced Functions: Proficient in Excel, PowerBI, Python, and SQL, to interpret large datasets for reporting, dashboard creation, and automation. * Analytical Aptitude: Possess analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, drive actionable insights, communicate and report on findings. * Proactive Problem Solving: Ability to identify issues, propose practical solutions and execute initiatives forward to achieve objectives. * Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

The anticipated compensation range is 19.25 - 36.55 USD Hourly Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location.
