E-commerce Site Support Specialist job to manage customer inquiries, e-commerce platform, and data analysis for Lucky 7 Distribution.
Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated E-commerce Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer support and sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze data effectively. This role is crucial in enhancing our online presence and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support & Sales Assistance
- Manage customer inquiries across various channels, including phone, email, and chat, ensuring exceptional support and service.
- Utilize effective phone etiquette to communicate with customers, providing timely, accurate information on products and services.
- Support customers with account setup and order placement, troubleshooting any issues to provide a seamless shopping experience.
- Provide bilingual support (Spanish preferred) to cater to our diverse customer base.
E-commerce Platform & Product Management:
- Ensure the e-commerce site remains up-to-date with all merchandise by coordinating closely with the product and marketing teams.
- Assist in managing product listings, verifying that product descriptions, pricing, and inventory are accurate and optimized for searchability.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and roll out promotional strategies to drive online sales.
- Conduct regular audits to maintain product information quality and update listings as needed.
Data Analysis & Record Maintenance:
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement on the e-commerce platform.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately, maintaining up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Monitor website performance and user feedback to suggest and implement site improvements for a more user-friendly experience.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in e-commerce, customer support, or a similar role, ideally in a call center or office environment
- Expertise in WooCommerce and WordPress, with knowledge of e-commerce best practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong phone etiquette and customer interaction abilities
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency in data entry, with organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Ability to analyze data to inform business decisions and identify opportunities for platform enhancements
- Previous sales experience and bilingual (Spanish preferred) candidates are highly encouraged to apply
- Proactive problem-solving approach and commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS is a plus
