SHORT DESCRIPTION
Support Senior Paid Marketing Specialists in executing and managing paid marketing initiatives across various platforms, ensuring client goals are met through strategy development and campaign optimization.
About the role
The Paid Marketing Coordinator will support the Senior Paid Marketing Specialists and their clients to help them achieve their goals. This individual will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of paid marketing initiatives on platforms such as Meta/Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google and/or Bing, performing campaign builds and optimizations, tracking budget pacing, analyzing data, leading content creation and messaging, and assisting on the execution of recommendations for an array of ecommerce stores.
- Day-to-day management of Paid Marketing clients through strategy development and execution on Paid Google and Paid Social
- Implement campaign tactics and optimizations, as well as maintain client monthly budgets and other important account metrics
- Manage and report on account performance, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and business metrics
- Provide recommendations and execute strategies for growth opportunities for client accounts and work closely with Senior Paid Marketing team members to ensure accounts are on the path to hit client goals, such as maximizing ROAS
- Analyze data and trends in ecommerce to identify opportunities for campaign optimization and expansion
- Participate and collaborate with team to understand and integrate on overall cross-channel campaign briefing and objectives
- Proven resourcefulness, showing initiative to research before asking questions
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Analytics or related field
- 1+ year(s) of digital markerting experience
- Google Ads & Bing Ads Certifications (will be required within initial 90 days if the candidate does not hold current certification
- A general understanding of social media and its capabilities
- Prior exposure to digital marketing/E-Commerce marketing preferred
- Able to manage multiple tasks and projects under tight deadlines while keeping a professional demeanor
- Strong skills in analysis, critical thinking, problem solving
- Self-motivated, independent, proactive
- Proven organizational and communication skills
