As an E-Commerce and Digital Marketing Specialist, you will develop and execute strategies to drive traffic and increase sales across online platforms while optimizing the digital customer experience.
Job Overview:
As an E-Commerce and Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing online marketing strategies that drive traffic, increase conversions, and boost sales across our e-commerce platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall digital customer experience and optimize the performance of our online store.
Key Responsibilities:
- E-Commerce Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day management of our e-commerce platform (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento).
- Optimize product listings, including product descriptions, pricing, images, and categories to improve visibility and conversion rates.
- Ensure seamless user experience across desktop and mobile devices.
- Manage inventory and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor and improve website performance, functionality, and customer journey to drive higher sales.
Digital Marketing Strategy:
- Develop, implement, and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (PPC, SEO, social media, email marketing, content marketing, etc.) to drive traffic and sales.
- Perform market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.
- Create and manage content for the company website, blog, and social media platforms to enhance engagement and brand awareness.
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns for customer acquisition, retention, and re-engagement.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and promotional materials.
SEO & SEM Optimization:
- Lead on-site and off-site SEO efforts, including keyword research, on-page optimization, link building, and content strategy.
- Manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) and continuously optimize for ROI and performance.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze website traffic, sales data, customer behavior, and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media insights.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to stakeholders, recommending adjustments and improvements based on data-driven insights.
- Continuously test and refine strategies (A/B testing, landing page optimization, etc.) to improve conversion rates and customer acquisition.
- Customer Experience & Retention:
- Implement strategies for improving customer retention, including loyalty programs, special offers, and personalized email campaigns.
- Act as the point of contact for customer feedback and help resolve online customer service issues promptly.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in e-commerce management and digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar.
- Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital marketing tools.
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, and content optimization.
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Constant Contact).
- Ability to analyze data and extract actionable insights to drive business decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
- A creative and results-driven mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo
- Understanding of ERP integration (Odoo preferred but not required)
- Experience in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) for creating marketing materials.
- Knowledge of affiliate marketing, influencer partnerships, and third-party marketplaces (Amazon, Etsy).
- Familiarity with CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) and A/B testing methodologies.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
