SHORT DESCRIPTION
The eCommerce and Marketing Coordinator is responsible for managing online operations and marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and achieve revenue goals.
Position Summary
The eCommerce and Marketing Coordinator is a key member of the in-house Marketing team, responsible for managing the company’s eCommerce strategy and supporting day-to-day online operations. This role encompasses website front-end and back-end upkeep, PPC and SEO management, and copywriting to drive online traffic, enhance brand awareness, and achieve revenue goals. The Coordinator collaborates closely with the Brand Team, Marketing Agency, and Design Team to plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns, social media strategies, email marketing efforts, and eCommerce initiatives across various platforms, including the company website and Amazon.
Roles and Responsibilities
Sales Campaign Management and Execution
- Using Data Analytics and market trends develop and execute creative and strategic programs to deliver revenue and margin targets, support product launches, general/seasonal campaigns, and audience engagement across platforms.
- Liaise with external partners to implement effective promotional strategies and events.
- Working with Inventory planner to ensure stock is available for campaigns
Customer Acquisition and Retention
- Implement plans for customer acquisition via a multi channel approach to achieve business targets
- Run retention campaigns using customer segmentation and promotion mechanics to increase customer life time value
- Implement program strategies that incentivize repeat purchases and create meaningful customer engagement through personalized rewards and targeted communications.
Shopify Management
- Oversee all aspects of Shopify operations, including product uploads, promotions, content updates, and customer feedback.
- Maintain and edit the product catalog, ensuring all content reflects the brand voice and purpose.
- Optimize on-site content for SEO and upload new editorial content as needed.
- Monitor the consumer shopping experience on Shopify to increase conversion and reduce drop off before checkout.
- Manage Merchandising of collections for seasonal events, bestsellers and deals pages
Marketing Collaboration
- Work closely with Brand Teams, Product Managers, PR Firms, and Marketing Agencies to develop, curate, and maintain engaging web and marketing content.
- Ensure promotional campaigns, product launches, and content marketing align with brand objectives and are accurately represented online.
- Support external agencies and vendors in executing promotional events and campaigns.
Digital Marketing Oversight
- Oversee SEO, paid search, social media, and email marketing efforts to drive traffic, engagement, and revenue growth.
- Implement and update online marketing plans, including recommendations for site enhancements and traffic strategies.
- Follow market trends and competitive strategies, adjusting marketing plans accordingly.
Data Analysis and Reporting
- Monitor and analyze KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, traffic, and sales) to shape future marketing strategies and improve performance.
- Generate monthly management reports and campaign performance reviews.
- Use data and customer feedback to implement ongoing optimization strategies, including customer segmentation and cohort analysis.

Requirements
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of eCommerce experience, including 1+ years managing PPC (Pay Per Click) platforms.
- Experience in Direct-to-Consumer industries such as CPG, Beauty, Fashion, Accessories, or Apparel.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency with Shopify, including eCommerce activities, content management, and online marketing channels.
- Strong knowledge of PPC, SEO, email marketing, social media marketing, and web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Ads.
- Proficiency with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for creating and editing marketing collateral.
- Understanding of eCommerce business models, U/X design best practices, and web technologies (HTML, CSS).
- Demonstrated ability to implement data-driven strategies and analyze web performance metrics to guide decision-making.
Analytical and Creative Skills
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify areas for improvement, and inform business strategy.
- Commercial awareness combined with a creative mindset for developing impactful marketing strategies.
Communication and Collaboration
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to maintain a professional brand voice across platforms.
- Experience managing external digital agencies and vendors.

Physical Demands / Work Environment
- Must be able to sit or stand for 8 hours.
- Ability to walk and bend as needed.

Department
The eCommerce and Marketing Coordinator is part of the Marketing Team reporting to the Marketing Director and works alongside each of the brands to develop and carry out marketing strategies, create content, and contribute to building each brand.
