Ecommerce Coordinator
LOCATION
Seattle, WA (3 days per week onsite)
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or equivalent; 1 year of eCommerce or Marketing experience preferred; familiarity with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Content Management Systems; basic HTML and CSS knowledge preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Build and maintain content for BrooksRunning.com, collaborate with marketing teams, perform quality assurance, implement web best practices for SEO and accessibility, manage the Site Publishing Jira board, and support the Experimentation program.

Your Job:
The eCommerce Coordinator will support our North America direct-to-consumer business by focusing on site publishing for Brooksrunning.com. You will be part of a small, dynamic team, critical to the success of Brooks' Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) digital channels.
Responsibilities:
- Build content for BrooksRunning.com using our Content Management Systems, leveraging templates.
- Partner with NA Digital Content & Integrated Marketing teams to deliver runner-facing content which supports regional product campaigns and consumer stories across Homepage, Category Pages & Product Pages.
- Collaborate with partners across the business to deliver landing page experiences, which support brand expression, corporate, events and our loyalty program
- Share content builds with our EMEA partners to adapt for efficiency, when relevant.
- Perform QA/maintenance of our site to ensure all offers, landing pages, article pages, product tiles and copy are accurate
- Build a basic understanding of & implement web best practices around SEO and accessibility and advocate for the runner on these fronts
- Develop a strong understanding of Brooks products, product technology, categorization and pricing, and input that information accurately across locales
- Assist in maintaining the Site Publishing Jira board, including Sprint cleanup, ticket delegation, etc.
- Submit JIRA tickets to Digital Product for CMS enhancements and bugs; also participate in subsequent QA
- Collaborate with the Creative team to secure assets for eCommerce content, sized for optimal page load, and load assets into eCommerce platform or Content Management System
- Support Experimentation program, as needed, building content variations
- Support Operations manager in projects relates to Shipping, Returns & Exchanges to drive profitability and reduce runner friction
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing or equivalent combination of experience required
- 1 year eCommerce or Marketing experience preferred
- Experience working within Salesforce Commerce Cloud or other eCommerce storefront environment, preferred
- Experience and knowledge of Content Management Systems, preferred
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS, preferred
- Extremely task-oriented, with demonstrated ability to learn new tasks quickly
- Is a problem solver, proactively seeks creative solutions or ways to “hack” current state to achieve better UX/UI
- Aptitude for organization, flexibility, and producing results
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams to achieve necessary results
- Excellent interpersonal skills that inspire and build trust resulting in effective working relationships across the company
