Responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and sales for Monique Morin Lingerie, while managing various digital marketing initiatives in a fast-paced, small business environment.

Summary/Objective
Develop and execute marketing strategies, produce marketing materials/content, and oversee tasks essential for growing Monique Morin Lingerie’s brand awareness and sales. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, welcomes growth opportunities, and stays current with emerging AI-driven marketing trends.

Responsibilities

  • Develop & Execute E-commerce & Digital Marketing Strategy for Intimate Apparel
  • Collaborate with leadership to set objectives. Drive online sales and brand visibility hands-on.
  • Manage & Maintain E-commerce Platforms
  • Set up, update, and optimize Shopify to ensure a seamless user experience. Handle product listings and pricing updates.
  • Create & Implement Digital Marketing Campaigns
  • Plan and execute email, social, and paid campaigns alongside contractors and design teams. Write copy, schedule posts, and manage ads.
  • Lead Email Marketing Efforts
  • Develop email calendars, craft content, set up automation, and segment audiences for optimal engagement.
  • Oversee SEO & Website Optimization
  • Work with expert contractors on keyword research, on-page elements, and content creation to boost organic traffic.
  • Analyze Performance & Drive Improvement
  • Track metrics (traffic, conversions, sales) to identify opportunities and make data-driven enhancements.
  • Budget & Resource Management
  • Allocate marketing spend effectively, ensuring campaigns stay within budget.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders
  • Coordinate with creative partners, suppliers, and team members to maintain brand consistency. Present progress updates and strategic insights to leadership.
  • Enhance Customer Experience
  • Continuously refine the online shopping journey through A/B testing, landing page optimization, and responsive customer support.
  • Stay Current with AI & Industry Trends
  • Research emerging digital channels, technologies, and best practices—including AI-driven tools—and implement new tactics to keep the brand competitive.

In a small business setting, this role requires wearing multiple hats—creating and executing a comprehensive digital strategy while taking direct ownership of creative, technical, and operational tasks that fuel e-commerce growth.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or a related field

· Hands-On E-commerce Experience (preferably with Shopify)

· Working Knowledge of Digital Advertising Tools (Google Ads, Meta for Business)

· Familiarity with AI Trends & Tools and willingness to learn and apply emerging technologies

· Solid understanding of women’s intimate apparel to connect authentically with the brand’s target audience

· Ability to Multi-Task & Organize Effectively, managing multiple campaigns and deadlines

· Experience in Budgeting & Forecasting, with a results-oriented mindset

· Strong Written & Verbal Communication Skills for clear, persuasive marketing materials

· Curiosity & Innovative Thinking to solve problems and develop fresh ideas

· Adaptability & Quick Learning for troubleshooting and ongoing platform updates

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Adobe Creative Suite knowledge is a plus

· Knowledge of Fashion Retail (or related industry)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $79,000.00 per year
