Overview
As we expand our digital presence, we are looking for an energetic and creative E-commerce and Digital Marketing Manager who is adept in creative art direction, digital content creation, and brand strategy to elevate our online image and foster a loyal customer base.
Key Responsibilities
1. **E-commerce Strategy Development:**
- Develop and implement cutting-edge e-commerce strategies to boost online sales and enhance customer engagement tailored to the fashion industry.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities within the fashion sector to identify opportunities for innovative product launches and marketing campaigns.
2. **Digital Marketing Management:**
- Plan, execute, and optimize integrated digital marketing campaigns, including social media advertising, influencer partnerships, and targeted email marketing that resonate with fashion-forward consumers.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools, focusing on fashion-related KPIs like conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and return on ad spend.
3. **Creative Art Direction:**
- Take the lead in visual direction for all e-commerce content, ensuring that product photography and videos authentically represent the brand and appeal to target audiences.
- Shoot high-quality content in-house, requiring hands-on experience in photography and videography as well as editing to produce compelling fashion imagery and videos.
- Embody a bubbly and charismatic personality, representing the brand’s image as the face of the brand during shoots, social media appearances, and community engagements.
4. **Brand and Community Strategy:**
- Develop and implement brand strategies that reflect the core values of the fashion brand, such as sustainability, inclusivity, or trend-setting style.
- Engage actively with the community through social media, live events, and user-generated content to foster a brand culture that encourages interaction and cultivates loyalty.
- Create initiatives to build relationships with fashion influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify reach and enhance brand credibility.
5. **Content Management:**
- Oversee all content on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify), optimizing product listings with captivating descriptions and high-quality images that encapsulate the brand’s style.
- Curate and create engaging fashion-focused content for blogs, social media, and newsletters, driving brand awareness and attracting traffic.
6. **Customer Experience Enhancement:**
- Implement strategies to enrich the online shopping experience, ensuring an aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly interface consistent with fashion retail standards.
- Utilize customer feedback and social listening to inform product offerings and marketing strategies, allowing the community to feel valued.
7. **Collaboration and Reporting:**
- Collaborate across product development, sales, and customer service teams to ensure alignment of e-commerce initiatives with overarching business objectives.
- Prepare and present regular reports on e-commerce performance and community engagement metrics, providing insights for strategic planning.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or brand strategy, preferably within the fashion industry.
- Proven expertise in creative art direction, with hands-on experience in shooting and editing fashion-related content.
- Strong understanding of fashion marketing trends, community engagement strategies, and influencer outreach.
- Bubbly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills, able to represent the brand authentically and engage with the audience.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce).
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset and a passion for problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
