Key Responsibilities:
- Drive DTC Growth: Own performance metrics like traffic, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and customer lifetime value. Manage expenses and achieve financial targets.
- Strategy Development: Craft and implement a DTC eCommerce strategy aligned with brand vision and market trends. Identify growth opportunities and launch new initiatives.
- Digital Brand Experience: Collaborate with marketing to tell engaging stories across digital channels and ensure a rich, seamless online brand experience.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team to execute top-tier merchandising, content planning, and execution across all digital platforms. Lead the strategic marketing, merchandising, and assortment vision for the Contixo digital storefront including oversight of core and innovation products in alignment with brand marketing efforts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with departments like marketing, design, and customer service to ensure smooth operations across all channels.
- Optimize Performance: Monitor and analyze site performance to adjust e-merchandising plans and improve user experience and conversions.
- Leverage eCommerce Tools: Maximize marketing channels such as SEM, SEO, affiliate, and CRM, to drive growth.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze data and provide recommendations to ensure KPIs are met and strategies optimized.
- Innovate and Scale: Help shape the technology roadmap to keep Contixo at the forefront of digital innovation.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 10+ years of eCommerce experience (Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, Google Analytics).
- 8+ years of experience in merchandising, marketing, or content creation.
- Strong communication, project management, and collaborative skills.
- Ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools (SEO, SEM, CRM, social media).
- Bilingual in Mandarin required.
- Experience in Direct-to-Consumer businesses, preferably in Consumer Electronics or Toys.
- Multi-brand portfolio management experience.
- Expertise in Amazon and Walmart Seller Central, SEO, and Enhanced Brand Content creation.
- Lead eCommerce innovation for a growing brand in the consumer electronics space.
- Collaborate with a dynamic, creative team.
