The E-Commerce Marketing Specialist II will drive digital engagement and sales through effective online store management and data insights, collaborating with various teams to achieve business objectives while enhancing customer experience.

For our North American headquarters, located in La Mirada, California, we have an immediate opening for an E-Commerce Marketing Specialist II.
Summary
The E-Commerce Marketing Specialist II is responsible for the maintenance of online stores and driving digital engagement and product sales based on data insights. This role will further provide customer-focused experiences, promotions, offers and merchandising solutions for all IQAir’s e-commerce channels.
The E-Commerce Specialist will be collaborating to fulfill annual and quarterly business objectives; responsible for collaborating with marketing and category teams to create promotions and sales opportunities through a visually appealing, accurate and informative ecommerce product listings. This role is also responsible for maintaining a healthy ad ROAS, sales profitability, and conversion rate with ecommerce platforms according to business goals and objectives.

Responsibilities
- Ensure online marketplaces are active and maintained in an organized and logical manner that is consistent with the department merchandising plans and brand strategy
- Manage weekly meetings and collaborate with multiple departments
- Create and Execute digital advertising plans to include pricing & promotions
- Create and Execute digital promotional strategies to ensure increased sales, profitability and competitiveness in the market
- Maintain resources to ensure all purchasing considerations are aligned with promotion, seasonal, ad and display programs, consistent with quarterly and annual merchandising plans
- Monitor price consistency among vendors and the accomplishment of profitability marketing campaigns
- Sets standards, systems, and best practices for new product listings, content creation, distribution, inventory, and maintenance
- Analyze market and competitive trends and recommend changes to marketing and advertising strategies based on analysis and feedback
- Create and maintain relevant reports and KPIs that detail the effectiveness and business impact from digital merchandising activities to understand customer behavior on the sales platforms
- Provides training and coaching of new team members on policies and procedures of ecommerce platforms
- Required to work one weekend a month to monitor and maintain advertising campaigns and inventory
- Other projects as assigned
Qualifications
- A strong knowledge of the eCommerce space including competitive strategies, marketing strategies, product development, consumer research, usability best practices and industry trends
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing or related field
- 5+ years of experience with Amazon marketplaces and affiliate marketing, such as Walmart and Best Buy
- 3+ years of consumer products experience
- Experience with Google ads and other website advertising platforms
- Must have Google Certifications: Google Search Ads, Google Analytics, Google Video, Google Ad, and Google Display
- Familiarity with web design and a keen eye to detail
- Demonstrated understanding of the retail category development process and how it relates to achieving objectives
- Excellent communication skills including superior knowledge and ability to speak, read and write English.
- Able to successfully complete a pre-employment drug and background screen

At IQAir, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The base pay range for this position is $78,000 and most new hires start at $78,000.
