Job Description
As an E-Commerce Sales Support associate, you will be at the forefront of ensuring an exceptional website experience. Your responsibilities will include promptly addressing customer inquiries, processing and shipping orders efficiently, managing returns, and maintaining up-to-date website content. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, along with proficiency in various software systems.
Qualifications
- Education: Vocational training or
- Experience: 1-3 years related job experience such as retail, marketing, management or internet sales and customer service
- E-Commerce Sales Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer phone calls, emails, and live chats from the website and internet phone line, addressing inquiries politely and promptly. Use available resources to provide accurate information and ensure excellent customer service.
- Ensure internet orders are shipped out in a timely manner.
- Review internet orders for potential fraud.
- Manage internet returns.
- Web Site Maintenance Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with buyers and vendors to ensure product are accurately displayed on the website.
- Remove discontinued items from the website and ensure stock information is up-to-date in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
- Loyalty Program Responsibilities:
- Sign up and service customer loyalty accounts.
- E-Commerce Fulfillment Responsibilities:
- Prepare and pack online orders for shipment during peak periods as needed

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook, as well as knowledge of customer relationship management software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to read, comprehend, and follow instructions, corporate correspondence, and emails.
- Competence in calculating figures and amounts such as discounts, percentages, and volume.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to defuse tense situations.
- Quick to grasp and adept at learning new software systems.
- High level of integrity and business ethics.
Frequent physical demands include sitting, standing, walking, dexterity, and light grasping. Occasional physical demands include lifting up to 50 lbs., bending, stooping, reaching, kneeling, squatting, climbing stairs, and firmly grasping. The employee is required to accept incoming calls and must be able to hear and speak. Specific vision abilities required by this job include vision adequate for the incumbent to perform the responsibilities and functions of the job efficiently. The associate must have the manual dexterity to manually operate and use a computer and other basic office equipment.
Work Environment and Working Conditions
This position will be performed inside a climate-controlled office facility. The noise level is low to medium and typical of an office environment. Potential hazards include electrical hazards. Atmospheric conditions are typical of an office environment and may include exposure to odors and dust.

Hours of Operation:
Corporate Office (Core Hours) - 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Mon-Fri.
Distribution Center - 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM (1st Shift) and 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM (2nd Shift).
Store Locations - Vary by location, but can range from 8:00 AM-8:00 PM Mon-Sat and 9:00 AM-6:00 PM Sun.
