Seeking an eCommerce Specialist to drive revenue growth through Amazon by optimizing product listings and managing day-to-day operations in the Residential Water Treatment marketing team at Pentair.

We have an opportunity for an eCommerce Specialist to join our Residential Water Treatment (RWT) channel marketing team in Golden Valley, MN. You will be responsible for driving profitable revenue growth primarily through the Amazon marketplace by overseeing day-to-day operations, optimizing product listings, implementing growth strategies, managing inventory, and ensuring vendor compliance with Amazon’s policies.

You Will:
- Serve as the vendor account manager for Amazon and additional assigned eCommerce accounts.
- Ensure adherence to Amazon’s policies for reduction of out of stocks and fines, and for PDP optimization.
- Collaborate with tactical operations agency and internal teams (e.g. logistics, marketing, finance) to address and resolve vendor and operational issues related to orders, shipments, and payments.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on eCommerce account health metrics including but not limited to consumer performance and sales KPIs.
- Recommend growth strategies based on market trend research, competitive analysis, and consumer behavior that boost product visibility, sales, and profitability (e.g., promotions, campaigns).
- Create performance, pricing, and operational reports for internal stakeholders, including strategic ideas that ensure competitive product positioning on amazon.com.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to improve product content (titles, descriptions, images).
- Manage/oversee online product catalogs, including creating, updating, and optimizing listings.
- Monitor and optimize advertising campaigns (Amazon Marketing Services/AMS) with external vendor.
Key Qualifications:
- Have earned a bachelor’s (B.A. or B.S.) degree.
- Have 3+ years of experience in e-commerce account management, including specific experience and passion for growing Amazon Vendor Central platform and tools.
- Experience in executing strategies that improve sales rank and product visibility within the Amazon marketplace.
- Creative, critical thinking, strong analytical skills and experience working with sales data and KPIs.
- Experience managing inventory health and in-stock rates.
- Knowledge of Amazon conversion and advertising tools (e.g., sponsored products, display ads).
- Experience in digital marketing specifically with PPC, SEO, affiliate marketing, retargeting advertising, and display advertising a plus.
- Experience working with outside agencies a plus.
Compensation:
For this full-time position working at this location, the anticipated annualized base pay range will be from $71000 - $131800 / year. At Pentair, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the pay range. Pentair considers various factors in determining actual compensation for this position at the expected location. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, work location, and other relevant business or organizational needs. This position may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as annual incentive bonus.
