Job Overview:

The Ecommerce Marketplace Specialist will be responsible for managing our online sales presence on Amazon and Walmart, overseeing product listings, and coordinating all shipping activities. This role ensures that our customers receive their orders accurately and promptly while maintaining an organized and efficient logistics process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of our Amazon and Walmart online stores, including updating product listings, monitoring stock levels, and responding to customer inquiries.
• Optimize product listings for visibility, search rankings, and conversions on Amazon and Walmart platforms.
• Handle order fulfillment, including preparing shipments, coordinating with carriers, and ensuring timely dispatch of products.
• Execute marketing and paid search campaigns through marketplace advertising
• Coordinate with the marketing team to implement promotions, discounts, and special offers on online platforms.
• Identify opportunities for growth of marketplace sales and product ranking

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in managing Amazon and/or Walmart stores, including knowledge of their interfaces and best practices.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, SEO, and digital marketing strategies related to product listings.
• Experience in logistics, shipping, or inventory management is highly preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and e-commerce management tools.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiar with ERP/CRM systems (Odoo is a plus)
